The proofreader’s goal is to control the quality of each survey, by checking each questionnaire filled in by Mystery Shoppers, in terms of both content and style.
By correcting the language, and ensuring that the visit was carried out properly, the Proofreaders allow BVA Mystery Shopping to confirm the quality of the visits before presenting the results to the clients.
Beyond correcting the grammar and spelling, proofreaders relive the visit through the questionnaire in order to control its coherence and pertinence, in an array of sectors and languages.
BVA Mystery Shopping carries out surveys in over 36 languages, and is constantly looking for translators in order to hand in those results in the client’s language.
If the Proofreader / Translator agrees to the mission, he sends back his contract, signed.
